We are committed to help learn and understand about heritage and the Culture.

Programs at the Museum (Onsite Programs)
Northeastern Woodland Lifeways is a general introduction covering family life, clothing,
hunting, gardening, past and present contributions and much more.
The Inter-tribal Room will introduce your group to a variety of American Indian cultures.
Additional “in depth” programs focusing on the specific topics you are studying in your school
curriculum can be arranged. You can choose a specific video topic to enhance your group visit.
Our staff will provide a unique and rewarding educational experience for your group! Simply tell us
your needs when you call.
(Please note: Indoor space is limited to 30 people per program.
“Round Robins” are used for larger groups).

and for program fee information.
Reservations: Please schedule your program at least 30 days in advance to your expected
program date. A deposit is required within 10 days of making your reservation.
Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours notice.
The deposit will be retained to cover lost revenue.
Outdoor Attractions
We offer a pavilion if you choose to bring your lunch. Groups may bring activities such as crafts and nature/science projects to work on. Older students often bring binoculars for watching hawks and other
birds of prey.
The Museum Library has a collection of books, videos, periodicals and music on a
variety of American Indian topics for on-site research only. Our library is available during regular
business hours Friday through Sunday, 12:00 pm4:00 pm.
Museum visitors can also enjoy the fish hatchery and two nature trails. Once Lenape paths,
these ancient walkways were designated Federal Walking Trails in 1982, and in 2001 were renamed Millennium Trails. Other nearby attractions include; Wildlands Conservancy,
Jasper Park, and Dorney Park & Wild Water Kingdom.
